Comments:    Married James Shipman and we have been together 36 yrs. We raised our children in Susanville, Ca where Jim worked for the CA Dept of Corrections. He retired in 2002 and we moved to Redding, CA . We both enjoy the area and our retirement together. I often visit Escondido to see my twin brother Mark Richardson and his beautiful
